Ink Project consist of Melanie Dymond on vocals/production and Jez Lloyd on keys and production. Their debut album ‘Inside The Sun' is a futuristic take on electronic soul, adopting elements of leftfield pop, dubstep, and hypnotic down-tempo with influences from artists such as Massive Attack, Four Tet, Mount Kimbie and Bonobo, Melanie’s introspective lyrics contrast with her sultry vocal style. Ink Project released their debut single 'Call On Me' on eight:FX Records in June and double a-side 'Rewind Forward Replay/Black Honey' in October and have since had support from DJs including Gilles Peterson and MistaJam (Radio 1), Dons Letts (6 Music) and NME Radio (Pick and Mix and The Selector Show).
